Horrible place to live if you’re a single women. The couple that manage the complex pick on single women old and young. They give out notices and fines based on made up rules. They aren’t consistent in enforcing their bylaws. They make up rules for tenants that stand up to them. This man is very aggressive to women and follows them around town while they run errands to further harass them. Completely unprofessional and miss conduct with the current management. These two have continually disrupted tenants right for peaceful enjoyment, and harassed and intimidated tenants to the point that they are forced to move. If your a single women, DO NOT Live here. Complete corruption within management. Anyone that stands up to them, they get even more aggressive and intimidating to stop tenants from making complaints. Some senior current residents fear extreme retaliation from management if they report it. Complete elder and women abuse occurring at the complex.
